Montreal SYP chapter is located on the MacDonald Campus of McGill University. It is made of 5 core members and has about 85 members at large that are regularly updated with activities and events organized.
Since its creation in September 2004, the Montreal chapter has been really active and has organized several events dealing with various water issues, including student-professional networking meetings, seminars, river clean-ups, student outreach and education activities and some fundraising activities.
The chapter is now focusing on working with the Quebec Branch on the organization of the 2009 National CWRA conference to be held in Quebec City.
