About the Event:

Join our CWRA Student and Young Professionals Toronto Chapter for an evening of community cleanup and informal networking at Christie Pits Park.

CWRA SYP participants will first join a cleanup event (first 2 hours) led by A Greener Future. The cleanup will offer a relaxed opportunity for students, recent graduates, and young professional in Toronto’s water and environmental community to meet while helping to clean up a natural space!

The event will take place on Tuesday, August 25th, 2026, from 6:00 to 9:00 PM. Light refreshments will be available following the cleanup. No previous involvement with CWRA is required, and a reminder that CWRA student memberships are free!

Advance registration through the link below is required. After registering, participants will also need to complete separate A Greener Future’s participant waiver.

Cleanup supplies will be provided. Participants should wear weather-appropriate clothing (event will occur rain or shine) and closed-toe footwear. Please remember to bring a reusable water bottle! We hope to see you there!
