The following table details the sponsorship levels and the benefits your organization would receive for its generous support. Alternative sponsorship levels for contributions greater than the Platinum level are available for discussion on a case-by-case basis with benefits tailored to meet your needs. Exhibitors
Exhibitors are an important component of the conference. Your organization will have the opportunity to display and discuss your services and solutions with conference participants. The exhibitor display space is centrally located at the entrance to the main conference hall to maximize interactions with participants. The cost of each exhibitor space is $1,500, and includes the following:
- One complimentary conference registration, including lunch and banquet
- One skirted table (6’) with two chairs
- Electrical power outlet
- Wireless internet access
Exhibitor space is limited with spaces allocated on a first come, first served basis. We encourage you to secure your preferred exhibitor space as soon as possible.
