About: Agricultural production remains one of the most important industries in Saskatchewan and irrigation is an important opportunity for resilience in environments of increasing uncertainty. The purpose of this presentation is twofold:
(1) To share knowledge of irrigated agricultural practices, opportunities, and stewardship practices in Saskatchewan with stakeholders outside of the primary production; and (2) To create space for continuing discourse to successfully navigate the value of this production in the context of the water/food/energy nexus.
