Leila Eamen is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Global Institute for Water Security, University of Saskatchewan, and has over 15 years of experience working in water resources management in semi-arid regions.s. Her research now is focused on developing tools that help identify sustainable and efficient ways of allocating water resources among competing uses.
